Will this work with my phone?
This mount is fully compatible with all Qi2-enabled devices. You’ll get up to 15W wireless charging with perfect magnetic alignment. Older Qi-compatible phones can still charge at up to 7.5W, but they’ll need to be in a magnetic case (like a Mous MagSafe ® compatible case) to align properly with the charger.

Is it compatible with MagSafe ® and PixelSnap cases or accessories?
The mount is fully compatible with MagSafe ® and PixelSnap compatible devices and cases. The magnetic alignment system ensures everything snaps into place securely, even with older phones or third-party cases. Just note: if your device isn’t Qi2 enabled, charging speeds may be lower (up to 7.5W), depending on your phone’s wireless charging capability.

Will the vent clip work with my car’s vents?
The vent clip is designed to fit most horizontal and vertical vent slats. Thanks to the adjustable thumbscrew and non-slip silicone prongs, it grips firmly and stays stable. However, it may not be compatible with round or unusually shaped vents.

What is DualCool and why does it matter?
DualCool is an active-cooling system, featuring a high-speed axial fan that cools both the mount’s coil and your phone’s coil. Most chargers only cool one or the other. By reducing heat on both sides of the charge, DualCool prevents thermal throttling, allowing your device to charge at 15W for longer. That means faster, more consistent charging, even on hot days or during long drives – up to 52% longer 15W charging compared to other active-cooling chargers.
