Can I use this charger without a MagSafe ® enabled iPhone?
You can use this charger with any wireless charging enabled device. However, without a MagSafe ® enabled iPhone or MagSafe compatible case, the magnetic connection may not align perfectly, affecting your charge speed optimisation.

Is my Android phone compatible with MagSafe ® ?
Yes, your Android phone can charge on the MagSafe ® module, but without a MagSafe compatible case, it won't benefit from magnetic alignment. Additionally, Android devices will only charge at up to 5W.

Is there a power adaptor included?
Our Charging Pad with MagSafe ® comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable but not a power adaptor. To power our charging pad, you'll need a 30W or higher power adaptor. Don't have one? No problem. We sell 30W power adaptors on our site.

What are the differences between Qi2 and MagSafe ® ?
Qi2 and MagSafe ® are wireless charging standards with some subtle differences. Qi2 – the next generation of the Qi standard – will offer universal compatibility with devices from various manufacturers, improved efficiency and a new magnetic alignment system, all of which allows it to offer 15W wireless charging. MagSafe, on the other hand, is optimised for Apple devices, providing fast charging and precise magnetic alignment. While Qi2 aims to become the universal standard, MagSafe offers a tailored experience for Apple users. For now, your choice depends on your device ecosystem and specific needs, but it’s worth noting that Qi2 will become the standard for wireless charging.
